Getting help

Tabula is built by one person, and the fastest way to get an answer is usually in the open, where the next person with the same question can find it.

Docs, at the top right of every page in Tabula, opens this guide in a new tab. It’s also Documentation in your account menu.

The Nonchord Discord is the place for questions, ideas, and showing what you’re working on. The invite lands you in #general. You’ll find it in the app too: open your account menu (top right) and choose Join the Discord.

Bug reports often carry private detail: band names, song titles, the address on your account. Those don’t belong in a public channel, so bugs go by email to support@nonchord.com. In the app, Report a bug in your account menu starts that email for you with a subject line filled in. Say what you were doing and what happened; a screenshot helps.

Feature requests live on the public tracker at github.com/nonchord/tabula/issues, so others can add to them. Request a feature in the account menu takes you there. If you’d rather not use GitHub, the Discord works just as well.

The Discord, the support address, and the Terms and Privacy Policy are also listed under About Tabula… in your account menu. For anything about your data, see Your account; for reporting abuse, email abuse@nonchord.com.
